These days, 90-year old Eric relishes the time he spends with his wife, Bobbie. He spends most of his time industriously, but close to home: gardening, being handyman around the house and making excellent beers and wines to serve to guests. 
But mostly, he specializes in giving affordable board and lodging with free tutoring in English to International students from local colleges and universities.
